Dr Ezra completed her PhD in 2007 in the area of Nutrition and Health Promotion; including investigation into health communications models; with Anglia Ruskin University International PhD programme.  Dr Ezra diverse careers (1997-2005); both as a clinical registered dietician and a public health nutritionist; included experiences such as counselling in multidisciplinary clinics or in specialised institutes addressing the nutritional protocols of children with special needs.  On the public health arena Dr Ezra has facilitated diverse health promotion programs’ sponsored via collaborations between the business and public sectors and served as a regional guide and a coordinator for nutrition and health promotion for the Israeli education system.

In 2007 Dr Ezra endorsed her career into clinical trials and RD management both in Israel and the UK including being a clinical trial coordinator and a site monitor for commercial and non- commercial trials in Israel (Rabin Medical Centre) followed by a relocation to the UK where she first managed a large multicentre clinical trial sponsored by Warwick’s University Clinical Trials Unit (CTU) and later moved into an RD manager role in the Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust.

After returning to Israel, Dr Ezra served as an RD manager in the regional research authority for MIGAL technological research centre and Tel Hai academic college where she facilitated the investigators to shift across the praxis of transferring basic science into translational and clinical collaboraOral Clinical Researchtions nationally or internationally.  Following her return to the UK, in September 2013 she joined UCL Comprehensive Clinical Trials Unit as a Clinical Trials manager where she was involved in the development and management of a novel Advanced Therapies Medicinal Products (ATMPs) trial as well as in a large imagine trial in Crohn’s disease. 

In December 2015, Dr Ezra joined Queen Mary University London as a Clinical Research Facility (CRF) manager for the Centre for Oral Clinical Research.  Currently she is ensuring the investigators are complying with diverse research regulatory frameworks and regulations; whilst supporting their studies set up, routine management or QA groups. Dr Ezra also supports the investigators in their competitive research bids and research collaborations; both in and outside the UK; including commercial collaborators.
