Dr Mike Cattell awarded for development of new glass-ceramic

Dr Mike Cattell, Lecturer in Dental Technology optimised and developed a Leucite glass-ceramic material for industry which has since received several awards. It was clinically rated excellent by the Dental Advisor and also by the Clinical Research Associates, who evaluate products for the dental profession. This Leucite glass-ceramic material (Lumineers®) has also been awarded top cosmetic product by the Dental Advisor (2009). More>> [new window]
