Dilan Taylor is our mutilingual champion
Dilan Taylor, 5th year BDS, is our Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry, second language champion. Dilan won 3 textbooks. A survey was carried out by Dr Mark Carroll (Centre for Medical Education) and Ms Sian Marshall (Student Office) examing second languages spoken in the school. Nearly 80% of BL students speak a second language – slightly higher, at 85%, for students in Dentistry than Medicine (78%).
